All this rain and concrete makes me want to escape to an environment that’s a bit more serene.

The first pic is just before we went upstate to meet with John’s longtime friends. I believe that looking pulled together does help with the first impression; I had this navy shirt with the scarf and I wore dark blazer to complete it. I wore dark wash skinny jeans and brown riding boots. Warm and cute is a winner.

Today we thought to ourselves: “Why not enjoy the snow one more time before it melts?” The second pic is my attempt to share our experience with you. The snow hit John’s knees and he is about 6’2”. He was a trooper; this was his first time hiking.

I do apologize for not posting in forever.

As you can see, I have been hiking, admiring others’ fashion sense, studying for multiple exams, research…you know, what I normally do. I have been under the weather lately and that sometimes gets in the way of expression too.
